Flower farmers, winemakers, brewers and chefs: an introduction to the local people who help make every DVINE experience special.
A DVINE experience is never just about where you go. It is about who you meet along the way. The flower farmer who shows you which blooms are at their best, the winemaker pouring a tasting, the chef explaining a dish: these are the moments guests remember. In this series, we introduce some of the local people and businesses who help make our experiences special.
Our experiences are built on relationships with businesses that love what they do and care about their region. Working closely with local partners means guests get a genuine welcome and a real sense of place. It also means visitor spending supports the small businesses that give Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and the Mid North Coast their character.
Partners vary by itinerary. Not every business we mention is included in every booking, and your experience page or proposal always confirms the venues for your day.
Our Pick & Sip experiences would not exist without two very special flower farms.
In the Coffs hinterland, Petal N Vine in Nana Glen is where guests on our Coffs Harbour Pick & Sip wander among the seasonal blooms and choose their own flowers to create a bouquet to take home, with mocktails and grazing at the flower farm.
Near Port Macquarie, Blooms and Coos in Lorne hosts our Port Macquarie Pick & Sip half day experience, where guests pick their own bunch of seasonal flowers and enjoy a grazing board with bubbles in the countryside.
Because the flowers are seasonal, what you pick will depend on what is blooming at the time of your visit. That is part of the charm: no two bouquets are quite the same.
The Mid North Coast has a growing community of winemakers, brewers and distillers, and many of our experiences include time at their cellar doors and taprooms. In the Port Macquarie hinterland, our wine days have included tastings at cellar doors such as Long Point Vineyard and Bago Vineyards. On the Coffs Coast, the craft drinks scene is just as lively. Each experience page lists the current itinerary, which is confirmed when you enquire.
Our long lunches bring together chefs, venue teams and guest hosts. In June 2026, local chef Matt Donovan and Jane de Graaff joined us for the Coffs Harbour Long Lunch at DONOVANS Link Eatery & Grounds. In October 2026, Jane de Graaff and Chef Sion host the DVINE Long Lunch at Haven Ridge. Events like these are a chance to meet the people behind the food and hear their stories first hand.
Over the coming months we will sit down with some of our partners to hear about how they started, what makes their part of the region special and the local spots they love. If there is a business you would love to hear from, let us know.
We welcome enquiries from businesses offering experiences, hospitality and services that could complement DVINE. If you run a venue, produce something delicious or offer an experience guests would love, visit our Preferred Partners page to introduce your business. We are also developing DVINEX, a platform to help people discover destinations and local businesses, and will share more as it becomes available.
The best way to meet the people who make it DVINE is to join us. Explore our experiences, see what is on in Upcoming Experiences or plan a private day for your group.
