What is DVINE Experiences?
DVINE Experiences creates hosted food, wine, wellness and group experiences in Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. From a day out with friends to a celebration or corporate retreat, we bring together local experiences and thoughtful coordination so guests can enjoy time together.
Where does DVINE Experiences operate?
Our core destinations are Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour, with selected experiences in the surrounding Mid North Coast region. The location and pickup arrangements are listed for each experience or confirmed in your private group proposal.
What types of experiences can I book?
DVINE offers experiences centred on food, wine, local discoveries, wellness and celebrations. You can also enquire about private group days, hens parties, bucks celebrations and corporate retreats. Visit our experience pages to see what is currently available.
Does DVINE offer flower picking experiences in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour?
Yes. Our Pick & Sip experiences combine seasonal flower picking with food, drinks, transport and a DVINE Fun Director. The Coffs Harbour experience is $228 per person and includes Petal N Vine, mocktails and grazing, Magic Pools and lunch with a glass of wine at Coramba Hotel. The Port Macquarie half day experience is $228 per person and includes flower picking at Blooms and Coos in Lorne, a grazing board and bubbles. Both include cold bottled water. Who hosts a DVINE experience?
Your experience is hosted by a DVINE Fun Director. Your Fun Director helps coordinate the day, welcomes your group and keeps the experience flowing. The host may vary between experiences and locations.
What is included in a DVINE experience?
Inclusions depend on the package you choose. They may include transport, a Fun Director, tastings, meals or selected activities. Your experience page or written proposal explains exactly what is included, any optional extras and what you need to arrange yourself.
Are all DVINE experiences all inclusive?
Packages described as all inclusive cover the specific inclusions listed for that package. Extra purchases, optional upgrades and anything not listed are additional. Check your experience details or proposal before booking so you know what your price covers.
Bookings and private groups
How do I book a DVINE experience?
Choose an experience on our website and follow its booking instructions. For a private group, celebration or corporate retreat, send an enquiry with your dates, preferred location and estimated guest numbers. Our team will discuss options and explain how to confirm your booking.
How much does a DVINE experience cost?
Our full day tours are $228 per adult and run from 10am to 4pm. Our half day and grazing tours are $148 per adult and run from 11am to 3pm. Child prices are $66 on the Coffs Harbour Tour, Full Day Wine Tour and Wine and Grazing Experience, $77 on Port Macquarie Sights and $80 on Family Day, Coffs Harbour. Pick & Sip Coffs Harbour and Pick & Sip Port Macquarie are $228 per person. Private and tailored experiences are quoted individually, and your total and any additional charges will be explained before you confirm.
Can I book a private experience for my group?
Yes. DVINE can help plan a private experience around your group, occasion and preferred destination. Share your dates, guest numbers, budget and interests, and we will discuss suitable options and availability.
How many people can join a DVINE experience?
Our regular tours are small group experiences for up to 11 guests. Guest limits for Pick & Sip, dated events, private events and corporate arrangements depend on the transport and venues involved. Check the individual listing or ask our team about your group size.
Can I join a tour if I am travelling alone or as a couple?
Some experiences may offer individual places, while others are booked as private groups. Check the booking page for your preferred experience. If you cannot find a suitable date or option, contact us and we will explain what is available.
How far ahead should I book?
Enquire as early as you can, especially for weekends, holidays, celebrations and overnight retreats. Availability depends on our hosts, transport and local partners. Your date is confirmed through the booking process, rather than by an initial enquiry.
Transport, food and practical details
Does DVINE provide pickup and drop off?
Pickup and drop off are included in selected packages. On our Coffs Harbour tours we collect you from your accommodation. For our Port Macquarie tours, meet us outside Rydges, 1 Hay Street, Port Macquarie at 10am, or ask for pickup from your accommodation within 10km of the town centre by prior arrangement. Your listing or proposal confirms the locations, timings and any transport limitations. For private groups, tell us where you would like to be collected.
Can DVINE coordinate accommodation?
Yes. We can help coordinate accommodation options for selected escapes, celebrations and corporate retreats. Availability, room arrangements, costs and the accommodation provider’s terms will be explained in your proposal. Accommodation is only included when specifically listed.
Can you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
Tell us about your dietary requirements or allergies before booking so we can check options with the relevant venues. Menu changes and allergy arrangements depend on each provider. We will confirm what can be accommodated rather than assume every request can be met.
Can I enjoy a DVINE experience if I do not drink alcohol?
Absolutely. Tell us during planning if you would prefer an alcohol free experience or alternatives to tastings. Available options depend on the itinerary and venues, and our team can help you choose something that suits.
Are DVINE experiences suitable for children?
Families are welcome on the Coffs Harbour Tour, Port Macquarie Sights and Family Day, Coffs Harbour, and children can join the Full Day Wine Tour and Wine and Grazing Experience by arrangement. Alcohol is only for guests aged 18 and over. Child prices are shown on each tour page. Age restrictions and supervision arrangements depend on the venues and activities, and at Blooms and Coos children under 10 do not use the flower snips. Contact us before booking with children so we can confirm suitability and any transport requirements.

What should I wear or bring?

Does DVINE organise hens parties in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour?
Yes. DVINE can help create a hens celebration in Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour around the bride and her guests. Options may include vineyard visits, cocktail making, shared meals and other local experiences, subject to availability and your agreed itinerary.
Can DVINE organise a bucks party?
Yes. Enquire about a DVINE Bucks Bonanza or a tailored group celebration. We can discuss options such as golf, breweries, dining and activities that suit your group, with transport and hosting arrangements confirmed in your proposal.
Can you help with birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions?
Yes. We help groups celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other milestones with experiences tailored to the occasion. Tell us who is coming, what you love and the atmosphere you would like to create, and we will help explore your options.
Does DVINE offer corporate retreats and team experiences?
Yes. DVINE creates tailored corporate experiences in Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and the Mid North Coast. Enquire about a team day, reward experience or longer retreat with accommodation coordination. Activities and services are agreed around your goals, budget and guest numbers.
What can be included in a corporate retreat?
A retreat proposal may include regional dining, food and wine experiences, wellness activities, local discoveries, transport and accommodation coordination. Workshop spaces or specialist services can be discussed where required. Every inclusion and optional addition is confirmed in your tailored proposal.
